Why do I not publish client testimonials?

You might find testimonials from clients on some other therapy websites, but there are a number of reasons why I do not personally publish these.

I abide by the code of ethics of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the National Society of Hypnosis, Psychotherapy and Mindfulness (NSHP&M) which state that it is unethical to publish client testimonials.

I take confidentiality very seriously. To comply with advertising standards, testimonials need to be verifiable, which would breach client confidentiality.

My aim is to make sure I tailor therapy specifically for you, so your experience will not be the same as someone else’s. If you’d like to find out how therapy can transform your life for the better, or to find out more about hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, get in touch with me.
