My Approach

My approach to therapy is one which has you at the centre of it.

Not diagnosing you, or labelling you or putting you in a box. Never judging you or making assumptions. Treating you as an individual, and always with care and respect.

The first step is to listen to you and your needs. The next is to tailor a blend of therapy to you which suits your needs, wants and particularities.

I am trained in a number of therapeutic techniques, including hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, psychodynamic approaches, cognitive behavioural therapy, transactional analysis and Gestalt therapy.

My aim is to build a supportive relationship with you and use these techniques in a tailored way to give you the tools to overcome any issues you’re facing or achieve any goals you’re hoping to achieve.

The client-therapist relationship is equal, with your security and wellbeing at its heart. I am not going to tell you what to do or patronise you. Your safety and your happiness is what matters most to me.
